Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Cross-sells bank products
and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior banking services to customers in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and communicate benefits to customers
- Recognize sales opportunities and effectively cross sell bank products and services
- Complete documents and system input related to account opening process
- Process customer transactions as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with some specialized banking training
- One to two years experience serving the public, preferably as a bank teller or closely related cash handling position
- Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers and attention to detail essential
- Demonstrated sales skills and proven sales success strongly preferred
